Shipping & Delivery
All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post or 1st class Recorded delivery. We offer 1st class delivery for just £1.50 for orders under £25, and free 1st class delivery on orders over £25 within the UK.

We offer 1st class Recorded delivery which allows your item to be insured and tracked in the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged or lost in the postal system. We keep the cost of this service to a low £2.50 for orders upto £40, and free for orders over £40.

For orders in the EU we send them via Royal Mail International Post. We send anywhere in the EU for £4 GBP on orders below £45 GBP, and offer free delivery on orders over £45 GBP

For orders in North America we send them via Royal Mail International Post. We send anywhere in North America for £4.50 GBP on orders below £50 GBP, and offer free delivery on orders over £50 GBP.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2-5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Privacy & Security
St8ment Accessories do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns & Replacements
St8ment Accessories.com accepts you have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of the contract starting, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

You will be refunded in full including postage, if the item has not already been despatached. If you already have the item after delivery, and wish to return the item please contact us at inforequest@st8mentaccessories.com where we will issue you with a returns code and a returns address to send your item. Once we have received the item back we will issue you a full refund less postage costs. Please note after 7 days of receipt we will not accept items being returned.

The only exceptions to this returns policy are on earrings and belly piercings, this is for health and hygiene reasons. All these items are non-returnable.
Ordering
 Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the World Pay servers computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not have any record on our website or office computers of customer credit card details.
