- Yes! we offer FREE UK postal delivery on orders over £30.We send all orders FREE via Royal Mail 1st class post. If you would like tracking or insurance on your parcel then please select either Recorded delivery or Special delivery as these options are not available for free delivery. FREE delivery is for UK ONLY, due to postage costs we can not offer this option internationally.
- How quickly can you send my order?
- We aim to send all orders out as quickly as possible, all orders are sent out within 1-3 working days. We will keep you up to date with how your order is progressing. You will get an email when were processing your order. And you will get an email from us when your item has been sent out from our warehouse. If at any stage you want to know more about your order please email our customer service team at inforequest@st8mentaccessories.com .
- My order has arrived damaged?
- There is nothing worse than when an item arrives, and its arrived damaged. Due to our experience of sending fashion jewellery & accessories in the post for many years, you can be assured we pack our parcels and your order as well as possible. However it is inevitable from time to time things will get damaged in the post, when there out of our control. If this has happened to you, please email our customer serice team at inforequest@st8mentaccessories.com and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
- Can I return my order?
- Ofcourse! We understand however well an item is photographed or described it can sometimes be a little different in reality either in colour or texture. We offer a no quibble 7 working days return on all our items apart from pierced earrings and body jewellery due to hygenie reasons. If you want to return all or part of your order please email our customer service team at inforequest@st8mentaccessories.com and one of our team will respond in a positive way, with the returns code you will need to return your item. We only issue refunds back to your payment card, and we do not refund return postage costs.
- Do you send internationally?
- Yes! we send our products all over the world by international post. You will be able select your country for shipment in our checkout and get an instant delivery price.
- Whats the difference in your UK postal options?
- Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 1st class post, this is a cost effective and quick delivery service, that offers no insurance or tracking on your order.Our next option is Royal Mail Recorded delivery this has the same advantages as standard 1st class post but has insurance and tracking included. Our last option is Royal Mail Special delivery this is ideal for those placing a large order or in a hurry! As it offers next working day guaranteed delivery after we have sent it. And also offers full insurance and tracking.
- Do you offer wholesale?
- No! We do not offer wholesale on any of our products.
